Windshield Installation Instructions

Note: Do not remove the paper until you are sure the windshield fits and is correct.

(2) Rubbers; (2) Hold Downs with blue double stick tape; (4) Rubber Bumpons; either (4) Aluminum Extrusions or (2) Plastic Extrusions

Installation Instructions

1. Take the windshield out of the box.
   
2. Pull the plastic from the edge of the windshield enough to attach the extrusion.
   
3. Snap the windshield to the front frame.
   
4. Put the Hold Downs on the bill of the windshield and pull the tape off of the Hold Downs.
   
5. Lower the windshield top - make sure the plastic is up enough that the Hold Downs hit the windshield not the plastic.
   
6. Lift the top half of the windshield.
   
7. Take the rubbers and put the longer side, with a lip, against the windshield and the short side on the front post. Drill your first hole through the rubber and frame. Put the screw through the rubber and post. Next do the second hold - then do the other side.
   
8. Take the bumpons and put them at the bottom corners of the bottom half of the windshield and at the bottom corners of the top half of the windshield.
   
9. Remove the plastic.
