PAYMENT TERMS:

PRICING:
Please review the attached Confidential Price Sheet for all current pricing. To determine the correct price, take the number code located under the item you are interested in, refer to the Confidential Price Sheet and turn to the page number your item is located on. Once you find the page number, look for the number code of the item you are interested in. The price will be located to the right of a brief description.
Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING TERMS:
Tampa g’s standard method of shipping is UPS Ground service. For an additional fee, expedited shipping
is available.
Tampa g does offer free freight on all domestic ground shipping on orders over $1000. Methods of
shipping will be determined by Tampa g and include UPS, Fed Ex, local trucking company, etc.

WARRANTY POLICY:
Tampa g strives to provide customers with the highest quality products, free of any defects in material or workmanship for 180 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident. Defects caused by tampering or unauthorized
alterations or repairs are not covered by this warranty.

RETURN POLICY:
In the event a customer should receive a damaged or defective product, Tampa g will repair or replace the item at no charge when the following instructions are followed. Please note that all special/custom orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
1) Notify your sales rep within 7 days of delivery for return instructions.
2) Once items are approved for return, Tampa g will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
   number. This number must be written on the outside of the original package and a copy of the RMA
   must be included inside the box.  
3) Upon inspection of the returned products, Tampa g will determine whether there is an actual defect or
   not. Tampa g will then, either repair the item, replace the item, issue a credit to the customer’s account,
   or return the item if it is unrepairable or if no defects are found.  
4) Non damaged/defective items may be returned for credit if returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
   These items will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
5) Products that have been damaged, altered, installed, or used are not eligible for return.
6) All other shipping concerns must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review items when delivered. If there is visible damage to the packaging, please refuse shipment by reporting any damage to the carrier.
