Enclosure Installation Instructions

Note: All enclosures are folded inside out.

Installation Instructions

1. Do not cut the box - only cut the tape.
   
2. Lay the enclosure in the plastic bag on top of the golf car top.
   
3. Pull the enclosure out of the bag. The enclosure is folded as a tri-fold.
   
4. Unfold the enclosure - the tri-fold. Do not pull the sides down yet. The enclosure will be the full length of the golf car top.
   
5. Find the pocket - this is the part of the enclosure that will go to the front of the car and fit over the front of the top.
   
6. Put the pocket over the front of the car and go to the rear of the car and pull the enclosure tight to the back.
   
7. Pull the sides and back down.
   
8. Remove the VELCRO® off the front doors.
   
9. Tighten the back corner straps
   
10. Attach the VELCRO® to the front posts of the top frame.
    
11. If the enclosure fits - remove the paper from the clear windows.
12. Now you need to install the windshield rubber kit. This will now hold your windshield in the up position.
    
    

Installation Instructions

Note: All Club Car Enclosures come with at least (2) snaps. These two snaps are for the front doors.
Secret: Leave some play (expansion/contraction) room around each snap.

1. Install the enclosure as described above.
   
2. Let the sides hang where they fall.
   
3. Attach the front doors to the VELCRO®.
   
4. Put the snaps from top to bottom in the front side of the door. Snap them as you install them.
   
5. Pull the door tight and put the snap in the bottom of the back of the door. Again, snap them as you install them.
   
6. Zip the zipper down between the door and the rear quarter panel.
   
7. Pull the wrinkles out of the quarter panel and install the rear quarter panel snap. This should fall approximately around the last attachment of the scuff guard.
   
8. Repeat this for both sides.
